Finalist at Swiss Prime Site Accelerator

The future of real estate development and management will be shaped by technologies that increase the quality of life and integrate sustainable infrastructure and processes in the value chain, including smart building and smart city solutions that affect mobility, energy consumption, water management, preservation, and health management.

Among eight promising startups, ogmo (formally called UriCycle) was given the opportunity to present our solutions to the Swiss Prime Site (SPS) management as well as industry experts for the 19th edition of the SPS Start-up Accelerator Programme.

During a two-day Accelerator Programme, the proptech innovators got the opportunity to develop use cases relevant to SPS or its group companies, which include Swiss Prime Site Immobilien, Swiss Prime Site Solutions, and Wincasa.

Through several rounds of evaluation, ogmo made it to the final and was allowed to present in front of the executive board. A very interesting experience in a special environment.
